Online purchases can be returned for a refund or store credit within 15 days from order date. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

No returns are accepted on SALE ITEMS.

No returns are accepted on ONE-OF-A-KIND / VINTAGE goods.

Any item deemed eligible for return must be unused and in its original condition & packaging.

 

how to get started

To begin your Return Request, please email hello@lithecollective.com with SUBJECT LINE: RETURN: ORDER ####### and include a copy of your email receipt.

We will reply back to you within 48 Hours with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION & INSTRUCTIONS.

When you receive your Return Authorization, please return package to:
